BSc in Optics & Optometry at Complutense University of Madrid, Marketing Degree by UAM and MBA by ESIC, has developed his passion in different areas within the Optical Industry.

Before being part of the Hoya Vision Care team since 2009, he had the privilege of experiencing our sector from daily practice in optical establishments to lens suppliers like Essilor and Transitions Optical, and ultimately lead the project of the creation of the Optical Retail Stores at El Corte Inglés the largest Spanish distribution company, and the integration of Optica 2000 and Megavision under its umbrella.

Felix’ team is responsible for instruments co-development for all Hoya Vision Care entities, to help Eye Care Professionals enhancing the patient experience as well as to improving their efficiency and product adaptation accuracy. As last achievement, he’s been the Project Sponsor of Yuniku, the “World’s first Vision-Centric 3D Tailored Eyewear”, a concept that has disrupted the optical market by bringing visual and aesthetics personalization to the ultimate level by means of a fully digitalized end-to-end platform, in partnership with Materialise.

This experience has allowed him to see the optical industry from very different angles, a fundamental factor when developing tools and systems that help professionals elevate our sector to the highest degree of professionalization and relevance, as well as enriching the patient's experience at the practice.
