Henny Otten

Henny Otten BOptom, FAAO, FSLS

Henny graduated as an optometrist from the HU, the school of Optometry in Utrecht in 1996. He has been working ever since at Visser Contact Lens Practice in Nijmegen and specializes in fitting lenses for medical indication and provides consultation hours in various hospitals. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and of the Sclera Lens Education Society. He is also a special member of the NOG. Henny has a passion for scleral lenses and extensive experience in fitting these lenses. He is also the trainer of scleral lens fitting within Visser Contact Lens Practice and provides guest lectures on this subject at the HU. Henny is a consultant and involved in research and development of scleral lenses.
