Ebba Ghyczy

In the Amsterdam University Medical Center and Bergman Clinics, Ebba Ghyczy works as a cornea, cataract, and pediatric cataract specialist. She collaborates closely with contact lens specialists in the care of patients with complex corneal diseases and children who are aphakic after surgery for congenital cataract. Research on topics such as children with cataract, patients with osteogenesis imperfecta, acanthamoeba keratitis, and the psychosocial treatment of patients with visual impairments is very important to her. She is involved in setting up an international registry of pediatric cataract surgeries.
