He then gained more than 12 years of experience in various marketing and sales positions with 2 large A-brand suppliers. As an independent entrepreneur, he has been advising, coaching and training optic entrepreneurs and their employees for 16 years. He specialized in improving the commercial communication process during the customer journey and the customer orientation of opticians.
