Back to Basic

Monday 16 March 2020 09:30 - 10:45

Since contact lenses began to be widely used during the 1960s, the efforts of manufacturers, clinicians and researchers have combined to make them in-creasingly simple to fit. This process has reached the point where today, it is common to have only a single configuration available from each manufacturer. This does not mean however, that the fitting process is no longer important, or that clinicians can take it for granted the available lens will function optimally in all cases.
