What does the customer want?

As contact lens fitters we know, due to the surveys of Eurolens Research what lenses are fitted in the Netherlands. This is mainly driven by the technical knowledge of the practitioner, but also due to what manufactures tell us. They sometime force us to choose due to there changing product range.

Is this what the consumer wants? Do they want these products? Do they want the services as we provide? Harry and Anton let you see in a mirror and will search for answers to these so important questions (in Dutch).
